Parking is convenient! You'll find street parking directly opposite the clinic. There are options for paid parking via the EasyPark app, or parking meters nearby. Plus the first hour is free.

Please note our treatment rooms are located up a flight of stairs, which may present limited access for prams or wheelchairs. If you have any mobility concerns, please contact us prior to your appointment so we can discuss the best way to accommodate your visit.

To allow you to fully disconnect and enjoy your treatment to its full potential, we kindly ask you to arrive alone for your appointment. If you do need to bring someone along, please contact us beforehand so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Not yet! While we love the idea of shared wellness, we currently focus on individual, bespoke treatments.

If you realise you'll be late, please call us immediately on 0404 828 997. This allows us to assess whether we can still accommodate your full treatment or if we may need to adjust your service to avoid disruptions other clients following you.
