  • Founder of Fleur Skin & Wellness.

    Naomi’s passion is skin and creating holistic treatment protocols that are tailored for each client. With over 11 years of experience in the beauty industry here in Western Australia, Naomi's expertise includes time at the Perth College of Beauty Therapy, interstate for advanced training, and continued mentoring from industry leaders.

    With an absolute love for helping her clients feel the best they possibly can in their own skin, Naomi takes great pride in offering an exclusive, and tailored approach to skin health. This culmination of experience led to her opening her own space in 2017 and the rest is history…

  • Dermal Therapist.

    (and skin-obsessed "endo girlie” - Lauren’s words).

    Drawing from her own journey with endometriosis, Lauren deeply understands how hormones, inflammation, and stress can truly affect the skin. She is passionate about supporting both skin and wellbeing from the inside out for each of her clients.

    Her favourite treatment to perform, the Pro-Stamp, as nothing beats seeing clients glow with confidence after their session. When she’s not in the clinic, Lauren is usually baking something delish, reading, or looking after herself with self-care rituals (and never skips the oil cleanser!).

  • Senior Beauty Therapist.

    Our newest Therapist, Ash recently moved from Phillip Island, Victoria, bringing a holistic approach and a wonderfully nurturing nature. A diploma graduate from the prestigious Elly Lukas College with nearly four years of experience, she is our expert all-rounder in brows, lashes, massage, and advanced skin.

    Ash excels at providing tailored experiences, focusing on ultimate results while achieving nervous system regulation and body realignment for each of her clients. Her favourite ritual is the B Peel with luxury add-ons: "The instant glow paired with the spicy sensation doesn’t compare - if you know, you know!"

    When she’s not in the clinic, you'll find her exploring our beautiful WA beaches with an iced long black in hand.

  • Marketing & Digital Operations Manager.

    With a strong background spanning Social Media Marketing and Email Communications, Sophie manages the voice and look of Fleur online. Utilising her experience from working with premium brands like Mecca and Rationale, as well as her time in the world of advertising. With one goal in mind: to showcase the beautiful, confident results we achieve here at Fleur.
