Shipping & Collection Policy

1. In-Clinic Collection (Click & Collect)

We are delighted to offer complimentary collection from our Mount Lawley clinic.
Location: 29 Railway Parade, Mount Lawley, WA, 6050

Collection Hours: Tuesday - Saturday (Please note that hours may vary, so always confirm with us prior to your arrival).

Collection Process: Place your order online and await two separate emails: an Order Confirmation and an Order Fulfilment notification.
Once you have received your Order Fulfilment email, please contact us to confirm your arrival time to ensure seamless service.

2. Australia-Wide Shipping (Via AusPost)
We offer shipping across Australia. All online orders are carefully fulfilled and dispatched during clinic hours (Tuesday to Friday).

Standard Australian Shipping:
Expected 7-8 business days $12.00 AUD per order.
Express Australian Shipping:
Expected 3-5 business days $15.00 AUD per order.

Our Retail Returns & Exchange Policy

At Fleur Skin and Wellness, your satisfaction with your home care rituals is our priority. We handle returns and exchanges with fairness and care, following these guidelines:

1. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product is deemed faulty or arrives damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately, and we will guide you through the return process at no cost to you.

2. Change of Mind Policy
We understand that preferences can change. If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

Condition: The product must be returned to us unused, unopened, and in its original, resalable condition (including all original packaging).

Returns for change of mind are eligible for an exchange or store credit note only (no refunds).

3. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us by email at info@fleurrejuv.com.au or visit us in the clinic before sending any products back so we can provide you with a return authorisation.

Refunds, exchanges, or credit notes cannot be processed until the returned item has been received and inspected by our Fleur Skin & Wellness team.
